Prestige Computer Solutions Untangle Firewall process.

All Untangle firewalls use over powered refurbished servers (see Warranty) the firewall is a solution and software which is what you are paying for. The hardware is just the delivery platform. We do this to provide a low-cost high-powered experience.

In the event the hardware fails for some reason we keep a number of spare units in stock and use this as a way to quickly bring your business internet back up and running. We do not charge for the hardware and we do not charge for the replacement hardware as this is used by us as a delivery platform for the firewall solution you have purchased from us.
